One cool thing we like about the new Muscle Driver USA 2-in-1 plyometric boxes (20 inch and 24 inch) is that it is two boxes in one! Two piece construction allows you to change the box from 20" to 24"s on the fly. We find this to be extremely valuable because of its convenience. If you own a gym/box, you have a mixture of clients coming in every time and you can adjust the plyometric boxes as necessary to match the male/ female ratio.

The exterior of these plyometric boxes is sanded completely so there won't be any sharp edges, and made with 3/4" plywood so it is very durable. Every box is sprayed with two coats of poly to protect the exterior wood, and ships fully assembled. This is a high quality plyometric box, not thrown together plywood that may break in a few months.
